Lighthouze is founded by a team of senior executives with academic and professional backgrounds in finance, performance management, sales, marketing, supply chain, and technology. Collectively, we bring over 50 years of hands-on leadership experience from C-level roles in both Danish and international businesses.

We've developed our own methodology and toolset, including CEAT, our proprietary maturity assessment framework. CEAT allows us to map an organization's commercial capabilities across all critical areas, identify what works, and define concrete, actionable steps to move forward. It's not theory.
